Abstract

The VTI Standard establishes a deterministic framework for binding authorization decisions to verifiable evidence at the moment of enforcement. It defines canonical trust-state representation, authorization outcome binding, and verification-linked enforcement requirements suitable for regulated and high-assurance digital environments.
