Publications

Standards and frameworks for governing consequence.

VTI Foundation publications define, explain, and support the governance of consequence-bearing action before execution.

Everything above consequence is the management of consequence.

Publication Foundation

Publication Library

The VTI Foundation publishes standards, frameworks, governance models, and supporting materials for consequence-bearing computational and institutional systems.

These publications distinguish between normative standards, non-normative frameworks, technical specifications, conformity materials, and public benefit guidance.

A publication may be revised, superseded, incorporated, or archived in accordance with Foundation governance and versioning procedures.

Publication Status

Publications may be identified as published, draft, archived, superseded, incorporated, or pending.

Only materials expressly identified as standards, annexes, conformity requirements, or certification criteria are normative.

Frameworks, explanations, essays, and implementation guidance are informative unless incorporated by a published normative instrument.

Technical Specification Materials

Technical specification materials aligned with the VTI Standard may be maintained through related publication channels, including the Trust-State Standard publication series.

Trust-State materials are incorporated into the VTI Standard only where expressly referenced by version, annex, conformity program, certification requirement, or other published normative instrument.

Publication Integrity

The canonical web publications of VTI standards, frameworks, conformity criteria, and certification materials are maintained by the VTI Foundation.

Official versions and archival releases may be published in accordance with Foundation versioning, publication integrity, and governance procedures.

We do not engineer consequence. We engineer the governance of consequence.
